We're recruiting for a Commercial Coordinator on a major construction project in London, supporting the Commercial Manager across procurement, subcontractor management and cost control.
The role:
- Managing commercial documentation, RFQs and purchase orders
- Sourcing and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Processing and verifying invoices against POs and agreed works
- Maintaining procurement trackers and commercial records
- Supporting subcontractor onboarding and supply chain management
- Assisting with cost reporting and value engineering
What we're looking for:
- Strong admin and organisational background
- Commercial awareness and procurement experience
- Comfortable with Excel and document management systems
- Construction or logistics environment experience preferred
- Attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities
