Our client is a well established client focused building contractor working across East Anglia. They are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will ideally be based within the surrounding area of Cambridge.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the site manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Assist in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
- Help maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to construction plans and specifications.
- Support in scheduling, resource management, and budget control for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure project success.
- Provide administrative support, documentation, and reporting as required.
