The role will involve:\\n\\n * Tender Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of accurate and competitive tender submissions for projects valued between £5-10 million\\n\\n * Cost Analysis: Reviewing project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to assess material, labour, and subcontractor costs\\n\\n * Quantity Take-Offs: Measuring and pricing various project elements using digital tools\\n\\n * Supplier & Subcontractor Liaison: Gathering quotes, negotiating pricing, and building relationships\\n\\n * Value Engineering: Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality\\n\\n * Bid Documentation: Contributing to tender submissions, presentations, and contract negotiations\\n\\n * Learning from Experts: Receiving structured training and mentorship to develop your technical and commercial skills\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\n * We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who wants to build a long-term career in estimating.
