We offer a wide range of projects, from commercial (including fit-out), residential (including high net worth / bespoke), education, refurbishment, hotels, mixed-use / change of use, and fire safety / cladding remedial works.
We currently have offices in London and Cardiff, servicing projects from Cardiff to Cannes (France), South-end (Essex) to Salford (Manchester), and everything in-between.
This role is London based (Euston) but travel across the South East and Midlands is required.
- Role Description
- Assisting to the wider business development and growth
- Excellent Client care skills focusing on building lasting relationships and delivering a high quality service
- Cost planning
- Presenting information to clients, consultants and other team members
- Providing advice on procurement strategies
- Preparing tender documentation and management of the tender process, including tender interviews, tender assessment and reporting
- Chairing meetings and producing minutes
- Undertaking valuations and providing advice on pay less notices / client entitlement
- Producing monthly financial reports
- Full post-contract administration
- Settling final accounts
- Providing advice on technical and contractual issues within construction contracts
- Preparing and assisting with bids
- Familiarity with JCT and NEC Contracts
- Ability to undertake the role of Employers Agent/Contract Administrator About you We want someone who is driven and has a desire to be successful and grow with a company.
Under senior guidance, posses the ability to run projects post-contract.

Qualifications
- Strong cost management capabilities, including Cost Control and Cost Management skills.
- Ability to prepare and manage detailed Cost Planning and Cost Reporting throughout project stages.
- Relevant professional qualification such as a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
- Membership or progress toward membership of a recognized professional body (e. g., RICS) is preferred.
- Proven experience in construction sector projects, with a solid understanding of contracts, procurement, and commercial practices.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive and organized approach to managing workloads.
