We are seeking a creatively-driven Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering projects across a range of creative mediums, from video briefs through to branding and visual identity. As a Project Manager, you'll lead multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards. You'll work closely with our clients and network of freelancer partners to ensure seamless execution and provide exceptional customer experiences.
As Project Manager, you'll be the pivotal point of contact, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to execution across various channels.
- Build strong relationships with our creative network
- Support the project team in planning projects and conducting regular status meetings
- Lead check-ins with creative teams to monitor production workflows
- Accurately estimate projects and manage client approvals
- Attend financial meetings to review project financial status
- Be the central point of contact for project related information across multiple accounts
Experience supporting project management teams in scoping and planning creative projects across multiple formats. Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, strategic, commercial etc.). Ability to develop and manage project timing plans and manage client approvals. A proactive and highly motivated approach to driving projects to completion. Strong project quality assurance skills (reviewing and verifying deliverables). Meticulous proofreading abilities.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with scope to transfer to a permanent role.
