Overview
With three CQC Outstanding homes, we're looking for a compassionate Therapy Assistant to support our multidisciplinary therapy team and make a real difference every day.
Responsibilities
- Support physiotherapists and occupational therapists with rehabilitation programmes.
- Help residents improve their mobility, independence and wellbeing.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
- Assist with therapy sessions, documentation and daily clinical activities.
Requirements
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
- Previous Therapy Assistant experience or a relevant qualification (including Physiotherapy graduates awaiting HCPC registration).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive, caring and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well within a team.
