We are searching for an outstanding Therapist Assistant for the Fairlie Healthcare Group, to be responsible to take on a generic role and work as an assistant to therapists as part of the multi‑disciplinary team, under the supervision of qualified therapists.
Responsibilities
- Enable or restore patients to the highest level of physical, cognitive, psychological and social independence and support the team and families.
- Assist registered physiotherapists clinically and administratively in the provision of high‑quality clinical services.
- Work with colleagues from all disciplines to provide multidisciplinary intervention.
- Maintain the professional standards of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Follow research and evidence‑based practice and implement changes as requested by registered physiotherapists.
Qualifications
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship (we do not accept student or skilled work visas).
- Previous experience or qualification (qualified PT if not yet HCPC registered).

The Fairlie Healthcare Group is a leading provider of high‑quality care established in 1999, specialising in caring for adults with neurological conditions, patients with tracheostomies, and those requiring ventilator support. We currently operate three homes: Fairlie House in West Norwood (45 beds), Highfield House in Purley (45 beds) and Woodstown House in Banstead (40 beds), which opened its doors to its first residents in April 2021. All three homes have achieved the highest Care Quality Commission rating and we continually strive to maintain our “Outstanding” rating.
