Overview

With three CQC Outstanding homes, we're looking for a compassionate Therapy Assistant to support our multidisciplinary therapy team and make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities

  • Support physiotherapists and occupational therapists with rehabilitation programmes.
  • Help residents improve their mobility, independence and wellbeing.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
  • Assist with therapy sessions, documentation and daily clinical activities.

Requirements

  • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
  • Previous Therapy Assistant experience or a relevant qualification (including Physiotherapy graduates awaiting HCPC registration).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, caring and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
