What You'll Do

As a Care Assistant, you'll provide exceptional person-centred care by:

  • Supporting patients with personal care while promoting dignity and independence.
  • Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
  • Accurately documenting care and reporting any concerns promptly.
  • Working closely with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Delivering compassionate, respectful and high-quality care every shift.
