Our Intensive Housing Support team is essential to the smooth running of our business. Whether they are working with vulnerable tenants to maintain independence, liaising with internal colleagues about repairs or ongoing works or working with external agencies our team keep the customer at the heart of our organisation. About the role We are looking for a customer focussed individual to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission. On the Job you will: Provide a intensive housing management support service Be responsible for working with external agencies that have a role in support develop working relationships Work with residents to enable them to abide by the conditions of their tenancy, give practical advice on looking after themselves About You We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and who understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers. For this role you will need: to be educated to A level, or equivalent have strong verbal and written communication skills have organisational, time management, administrative and prioritisation skills have good intermediate IT skills to be committed to the promotion of equality and diversity in service delivery You will ideally have skills and attributes that include: good communication skills can work autonomously good analytical skills to determine the correct solution for customers can build strong and effective working relationships with my colleagues and customers and external agencies the ability to work as a part of a multi-disciplined team If you’re open minded, compassionate and want to learn more about a career in our Intensive housing management support team, we’d love to hear from you!
