About the role As our Service Charge Officer, you willberesponsible formanaging service charge accounts across our properties. This role is key to ensuring charges are calculated accurately, recordedcorrectlyand delivered clearly to our customers. Youllprepare annual service charge budgets and final accounts, issue customer demands andmaintainaccuraterecords.Youllalso ensure all charges are compliant with leases and policies, with clear audit trails in place, and support external audits whenrequired. Working with colleagues,residentsand contractors,youllhelp provide reliable data for new properties and keep systems up to date.Youllalso review processes and suggest improvements, helping us deliver a more efficient and transparent service. About You: Werelooking for someone who is organised, numerate and confident working with data.Youllhave good IT skills, strong attention to detail and be able to communicate clearly, even when dealing with more complex information. Experience in service charge accounting is desired, but not essential Werea friendly bunch who value collaboration and creativity, and we believe that a positive, supportive culture is key to our success.
