Are you an experienced Responsive Repair Electrician looking for a new role?

At Fairhive were excited to welcome an Electrician to our Property Services team.

About the role

In this role, you'll use your electrical expertise to maintain safe, high-quality homes and deliver an excellent service to our residents every day.

Collaboration is key, as you will be working with a variety of other skilled tradespeople, alongside our friendly administrative staff and managers, to achieve our goals.

The role will involve carrying out day to day electrical responsive repairs and planned electrical maintenance works across Fairhive's property portfolio, helping to maintain high-quality homes and excellent customer service standards.

There may also be occasions where you are required to undertake Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).

In addition to your technical skills, warm and friendly communication is essential, as you will be the friendly face of Fairhive for our tenants.

Applicants must be fully qualified electricians and hold:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

AM2 qualification

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Full UK Driving Licence

Be experienced in domestic electrical work, repairs & fault diagnoses.

City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification (Desirable)

As an experienced tradesperson you already know that emergencies can happen outside of the 9 5! As part of the role, you will participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota to help ensure our residents remain safe and supported in their homes
