About the role This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal role at a critical point in our finance transformation journey. Witha number ofmajor system upgrades and projects underway, we are investing inadditionalexpertise to ensure we deliver smarter, moreefficientand future-ready financial systems.You will support a significant programme of change while helping tomaintainand enhance our existing finance systems. Over the coming year, you will be instrumental in delivering a range of system improvements, including the migration of Asset 4000 and SUN Accounting to the cloud, alongside the scoping and implementation of a new forecasting,budgetingand reporting solution. At the same time, you will playan important rolein supporting the testing and rollout of the new Housing System, ensuring finance requirements are fully understood and embedded. Working at the intersection of Finance and IT, you will take ownership of system integrity,controlsand performance, ensuring that systems are configured to provideaccurate, meaningful data for reporting,forecastingand decision-making. We are looking for someone who combines strong financial understanding with a passion for systems and change. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, able to analyse complex requirements and translate them into practical, effective solutions.Strong communicationskills and a proactive mindset will be key, as you collaborate with colleagues across the business and support users through change.
