About the role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, repair requests and appointment bookings while providing a professional and helpful service.
You'll maintain accurate records, liaise with colleagues and contractors, ensure customer service standards are met, and support customers by providing accurate information and advice.
You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the training of new colleagues when required.
