About the role:

  • Within the role you will ensure the delivery of a high-performing, cost-effective service that meets all legal, regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • You will oversee performance monitoring, drive service improvements, and manage both in-house operatives and external contractors to ensure work meets our standards.
  • You will be responsible for inspections, budgeting, compliance and resolving customer complaints, ensuring lessons learned drive continuous improvement.
  • You will also take part in the out-of-hours rota, ensuring urgent issues are handled efficiently.
