About the role
As a Business Intelligence Officer, you will support the development and delivery of high-quality reporting and insight across the organisation. In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure our core systems and data are accurate, reliable, and provide meaningful insight to support decision-making. You'll design and develop reports and dashboards (primarily using Power BI), write SQL queries, manage data extracts, and support system configuration changes in line with change control processes. About You:
You’ll need strong IT and data skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We are a friendly bunch who value collaboration and creativity, and we believe that a positive, supportive culture is key to our success. If you have previous relevant experience and a genuine passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! A Basic DBS check is required for this position.
