About the role

As a Neighbourhood Team Leader, you will lead and develop the team to deliver a proactive, responsive, and high-quality neighbourhood management and ASB service. You will ensure customers receive excellent service, with strong performance and high satisfaction at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for supporting and sustaining tenancies, ensuring tenancy conditions are upheld, and addressing all tenancy-related matters such as ASB, permissions, successions, property condition, safeguarding concerns, occupancy issues, and potential tenancy fraud. All actions will be taken in line with our established policies and procedures.

In this role, you'll have the chance to inspire and develop your team whilst working on projects that really make a difference. You'll work with a friendly team to develop new ideas to strengthen our values and vision for the future.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree, a relevant professional qualification, or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Experience of leading and managing a team
  • Good knowledge of housing / ASB legislation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to communicate across all levels of the business
  • Strong organisational, time management, administrative and prioritisation skills
  • Good IT skills
  • A commitment to the promotion of equality and diversity in service delivery.
