About the role
In this role, you'll use your electrical expertise to maintain safe, high-quality homes and deliver an excellent service to our residents every day. The role will involve carrying out day to day electrical responsive repairs and planned electrical maintenance works across Fairhive's property portfolio, helping to maintain high-quality homes and excellent customer service standards.
There may also be occasions where you are required to undertake Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation AM2 qualification 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Full UK Driving Licence Be experienced in domestic electrical work, repairs & fault diagnoses.
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification (Desirable) As an experienced tradesperson you already know that emergencies can happen outside of the 9 5!
