At Fairhive we’re excited to welcome an enthusiastic and dynamic Assistant Operations Business Manager to our Responsive Repairs team! In this role you’ll have the chance to inspire and develop your team whilst working on projects that really make a difference. You’ll work with a friendly team to develop new ideas to strengthen our values and vision for the future. The role will support the Operations Business Manager in the delivery of an efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused responsive and planned maintenance service for Fairhive. To ensure top quartile performance within the sector through strong operational support, contractor coordination, and high standards of safety and service delivery.
