You will work hands-on across occupied and empty properties, carrying out inspections and a range of repairs in carpentry, plastering or plumbing, while staying compliant with current standards.
As a friendly, communicative team member, you will be the face of Fairhive for tenants and participate in an on-call rota to support residents outside normal hours.
