About the role… As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, repair requests and appointment bookings while providing a professional and helpful service. You'll maintain accurate records, liaise with colleagues and contractors, ensure customer service standards are met, and support customers by providing accurate information and advice. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the training of new colleagues when required.
About you... You will have:
- GCSE-level education (or equivalent) with good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational, administrative and prioritisation skills.
- Good intermediate IT skills.
- Knowledge of the processes and procedures relevant to your area of work.
- The ability to work within policy guidelines, using problem-solving and analytical skills to identify appropriate solutions for customers.
