About the Role: We're recruiting for a Bar Manager to work closely alongside the wider management team and assist in the smooth running of the venue. You'll confidently lead busy shifts while managing and inspiring a dedicated team of 30+ bar team members in a fast-paced, high-volume immersive environment. As part of the management team, you'll take ownership of all aspects of the bar operation from training, coaching and developing the team to stock control, operational standards and creative input into menus and stocklists. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in energetic venues, loves creating incredible drinks, and has a genuine passion for hospitality leadership. With further UK and international openings planned, there are huge opportunities to grow and develop with the business.

We're Looking for Someone With Experience In:
- Managing busy, high-volume bar operations
- Leading large teams from the front and motivating people during fast-paced service
- Training, coaching and developing team members with measurable results
- Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the venue
- Improving operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional guest experiences
- Stock control, ordering, GP management and bar procedures
- Menu development and creative drinks input
- Maintaining consistently high service standards across all areas of the business
