Office based in Wokingham and visits to client sites
Salary circa £40k
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, presence will be required at new site starts, which can sometimes be in the evenings, so no set working times, but the overall total will be 37.5 hours per week.

The Opportunity
As Mobilisation Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, high-quality mobilisation of new commercial cleaning contracts. This newly developed position has been created to support our continued growth and ensure every new contract goes live smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest operational standard. This is a highly collaborative role sitting at the intersection of Operations, Business Development, and the People team. You will act as the key link between the office and the field; identifying gaps, resolving issues, and driving consistent, effective mobilisation practices across the business. The role has substantial involvement in Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) regulations (TUPE).
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the full mobilisation process for new contract wins, ensuring a smooth transition from sales handover to steady-state operations
- Carry out site assessments, operational planning, scheduling, and resourcing
- Ensure each mobilisation meets agreed service levels, customer requirements, and operational standards
- Flag operational risks early and work with internal teams to proactively address them
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Business Development team to understand the operational requirements of each new contract from the point of tender/win
- Work collaboratively with the People team on all workforce-related aspects including recruitment planning, onboarding, and safeguarding
- Act as a bridge between head office and field operations, enabling strong communication and consistency
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end TUPE process for new contracts as required
- Ensure all necessary communication, consultation, documentation, and employee transitions are managed professionally and compliantly
- Maintain accurate employee records and support the People team with operational HR matters, specifically during the mobilisation of new contracts and TUPE transfers
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in mobilisation processes and drive continuous improvements
- Support the development and implementation of standardised mobilisation procedures
- Promote consistent operational quality across new contract start-ups
About you
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, employment law, and TUPE
- Experience mobilising new cleaning contracts within the commercial cleaning/FM industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational, administrative, and analytical skills
- Strong Excel proficiency and a natural aptitude for working with numbers
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a positive disposition
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong Microsoft Office and data-handling skills
- A commitment to providing excellent service
- The ability to work without close supervision, prioritise effectively and deliver to deadlines without compromising on quality
- Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
- A minimum two years’ experience in the commercial cleaning industry, including contract mobilisation
