The Opportunity
I am working with a long-standing client to recruit a Rewards Lead Specialist. Based just to the west of Nottingham, they provide a wide range of business services including Security Solutions, Facilities Management, IT, Media, Data and Tele-Communications, and Recruitment functions. The role-holder will take ownership of the development, management, and growth of their rewards and incentives offering. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who understands how reward systems drive engagement, loyalty, and value. You will play a key role in shaping how rewards are structured, measured, and delivered, while building strong external partnerships that enhance the overall proposition.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the design, management, and ongoing development of reward and incentive systems
- Produce regular reports, insights, and performance summaries on reward usage, cost, and return on investment
- Carry out monetary evaluations and cost-benefit analysis to ensure rewards deliver real value
- Maintain accurate data and reporting to support business decision-making
- Identify, approach, and build partnerships with external brands and suppliers to enhance reward offerings
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage ongoing partner relationships
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align rewards with business objectives
- Continuously review and improve reward structures based on engagement, performance, and feedback
About You
- Proven experience working with reward systems, incentives, loyalty programmes, or benefit schemes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear, meaningful reports
- Commercial mindset with experience evaluating costs, value, and outcomes
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with external brands and partners
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working full-time from the office and taking ownership of a specialist function
