The predicted salary is between 31650 - 40000 £ per year.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Phonics HLTA to lead and deliver high-quality phonics interventions and support the teaching of early reading across the school. The successful candidate will hold a relevant HLTA qualification (or equivalent) and have substantial experience of delivering the Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised programme. They will play a key role in raising standards in phonics, supporting pupils who require additional intervention and working collaboratively with teachers to ensure consistently high-quality phonics provision. Key responsibilities

Qualifications
