Speech and Language HLTA
The successful candidate will hold a relevant HLTA qualification (or equivalent) together with experience of delivering speech and language interventions.
They will play a key role in planning, delivering and evaluating targeted interventions, supporting pupils to develop their communication skills and ensuring they can access learning successfully.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver targeted interventions for pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust as required.
- Support pupils to develop their communication skills and ensure they can access learning successfully.
Qualifications
- Relevant HLTA qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience of delivering speech and language interventions.
- Strong command of spoken English to meet statutory requirements.
