We are looking for a charismatic and creative People Engagement and Events Coordinator to enhance employee and student experience and foster a positive workplace culture. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering engaging internal events, initiatives, and programs that boost morale, strengthen team connections, and align with company values.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee/Student Engagement
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee/student engagement and satisfaction.
- Support employee/student recognition programs and culture-building activities.
- Gather feedback through surveys and engagement tools and provide actionable insights.
- Partner with HR and leadership to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Events Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events (e.g., team-building activities, town halls, celebrations, workshops).
- Manage event logistics including venue, catering, communications, and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Evaluate event success and continuously improve future initiatives.
- Communication & Coordination
- Promote events and engagement initiatives through communication channels.
- Maintain an events calendar and ensure timely communication across teams.
- Collaborate with different departments to align engagement activities with business goals.
- Administration & Reporting
- Track engagement metrics and event participation.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to engagement activities.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
