Fairfield School of Business (FSB), an OFS registered private higher education provider founded in 2006 with campuses in London, Birmingham, Leicester and Luton. We provide industry-relevant qualifications in business and healthcare management, in partnership with leading UK universities. Our focus is to offer an open and inclusive learning and teaching environment for both students and staff. We are also committed to providing access to higher education to those who may not have formal qualifications, financial means or can commit to the schedule of a mainstream university.
We are currently seeking to appoint an Admissions Associate on a Full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities (Not limited to):
- Provide information, advice & guidance to prospective students.
- Provide excellent sales & customer service.
- Support applicants through the admissions & enrolment process.
- Respond to online, email, telephone and face-to-face applicant queries.
- Conduct academic interviews & invigilate exams.
- Conduct open days, campus tours & attend recruitment events/fairs.
- Support admissions & marketing team.
- Photocopy, scan & verify applicant documents.
- Support the Admissions Team with the daily administrative running of the extremely busy Admissions Office.
- Other duties will be assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, to meet targets and deadlines.
- Be available to attend regular open days on some weekends and evenings.
