Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic academic to support existing and new programs in the Criminology/Counselling discipline. Responsibilities include planning and delivering lectures and supervising students’ dissertations, among other tasks that contribute to student engagement and success.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures.
- Supervise students’ dissertations.
- Contribute to student engagement and success through additional teaching and support activities.
Job Requirements
- Experience teaching and learning at undergraduate, postgraduate or equivalent level.
- Relevant work experience within the criminology/counselling field.
- Experience supervising dissertations.
- Relevant Masters degree.
- PG Certificate in Higher Education or other Level 7 teaching qualification.
- Fellow member (FHEA) of Advance HE.
- Desirable:
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Relevant academic research experience.
