Veterinary Receptionist

• Greet clients and patients with a warm, welcoming attitude

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment bookings

• Process payments and invoices

• Assist in dispensing medications under veterinary supervision, ensuring accurate record-keeping

• Maintain a clean, organised, and calm reception area

• Communicate with the veterinary team regarding patient updates and client needs

• Provide clients with basic medication advice and ensure they understand dosage instructions (with guidance from the veterinary team)

If you have experience in a veterinary setting, ideally with pharmacy-related tasks, we would love to hear from you!, * Previous experience working in a veterinary practice is highly desirable

• Familiarity with veterinary medications or previous pharmacy experience in any setting is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone

• Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a busy environment
