Hours: 41.25 over a two-week rota

We are currently seeking a Care Team Leader (Nights) to join our dedicated Care Team. The ideal candidate will have a warm, kind and positive approach when working with both residents and colleagues. They will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent care, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to lead and support the team effectively.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in medication management
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience working within a care environment
  • A positive and compassionate approach to supporting older people
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of care
