Care Team Leader - Nights Location: Oxford Salary : Β£40,675 per annum Hours : 41.25 over a two-week rota Closing date: Monday 5th October Fairfield Residential Home is a registered charity running a purpose-built care home for older people in North Oxford. As a not-for-profit organisation, we are proud to put our residents and their wellbeing at the heart of everything we do. We believe that a well-supported, happy and highly motivated team is essential to making this vision a reality. We are currently seeking a Care Team Leader (Nights) to join our dedicated Care Team. The ideal candidate will have a warm, kind and positive approach when working with both residents and colleagues. They will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent care, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to lead and support the team effectively. The successful candidate will have: Strong experience in medication management A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification Experience working within a care environment A positive and compassionate approach to supporting older people Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of care To Apply If you feel you are a suitable candidate and would like to work for Fairfield Residential Home, please do not hesitate to apply.
