- Should have a deep understanding of CLM KYC strategic app implementation using OOTB features.
- Drives design and development for major components of focused solutions.
- Should be familiar with CLM architecture and various journeys.
- Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance, and business customer requirements as well as best practices.
- Leads and participates in project teams.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to lead a development process.
- Proficient in a variety of business processes environments such as banking.
- Understands large scale system implementation processes and methods.
- Creates the class structure process flows in Pega and provides alternate solutions.
- Resolves performance issues.
- Conducts code reviews and design reviews, maintains technical debt.
