We are looking Business Analyst HRSS for our client in London.

Position: Business Analyst HRSS

Location: London, UK – occasional travel to office

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within HR, shared services, or transformation projects
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience with benchmarking methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HR technologies (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Exposure to shared services transformations or BPO/lift-and-shift strategies
• Understanding of organizational design and change management principles
