Fairfax is an academy with traditional values and an ethos built around hard work, high expectations and opportunity. As Vice Principal, you will work closely with the Principal and SLT to raise standards and outcomes across all areas of the Academy. This role is not for a 'yes' person. We are seeking a Vice Principal who is ambitious, reflective and relentlessly committed to improvement — someone who wants to grow, develop and give their absolute best every day to ensure Fairfax continues to move forward.
