As Assistant Head of Year, you will work with your allocated year group to ensure high standards of behaviour, attendance and punctuality. You will also provide a high level of pastoral support to ensure students' needs are met.

Responsibilities- Ensure that all members of the school community keep a sharp focus on the behaviour and attendance of identified groups of students.
- Hold, monitor and implement strategies, where appropriate, to raise the attendance of students across the Academy.
- Celebrate and reward students who make positive progress.
- Develop and enhance the practice of others.
- Strategically lead and oversee Refocus, ensuring its continued growth.
