We are looking for a General Administrator – Attendance at Bournville School.

Qualifications

5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent Essential

  • Experience of administrative or secretarial work Desirable
  • Experience of working front of house/reception Desirable

  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Desirable
  • Ability to use ICT and other specialist equipment and resources Desirable
  • Ability to hold difficult conversations confidently and effectively Desirable
  • Ability to use software, spreadsheets, databases and other packages effectively Desirable
  • Experience of using the Microsoft Office suite to intermediate level or above Desirable
