TACT Scotland is seeking a Deputy Area Manager to support foster carers and social work colleagues, delivering trauma-informed support to improve outcomes for children and young people.
You will lead Social Work staff, placements and admin teams, participate in recruitment and supervision, and help plan out of hours support and rota management, using a trauma-informed therapeutic approach.
