About this role

Faire’s quality, depth, and breadth of supply is one of our strongest value propositions to retailers, and our Enterprise Brand Partnerships team plays a critical role in bringing strategic, high-value brands onto the platform. As a Senior SDR, you will directly contribute to Faire’s growth by helping scale our enterprise supply strategy and building relationships with brands that will shape the future of our marketplace.

We are looking for a strategic and highly motivated sales professional who can independently manage complex outbound prospecting motions, identify high-potential partnership opportunities, and help drive pipeline growth for our Enterprise Account Executive team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems creatively, and is excited to contribute beyond their individual pipeline through collaboration, mentorship, and process improvement initiatives.

Faire’s goal is to become the default platform for brands to grow their wholesale business and for retailers to discover products for their stores. As we continue to scale, there will be significant opportunities for ownership, impact, and career growth.

What you’ll do

  • Build and execute strategic outbound prospecting motions to engage high-value and enterprise-level brands
  • Prospect, identify, and prioritize brands that are a strong fit for Faire’s retailer ecosystem and long-term marketplace strategy
  • Drive qualified pipeline generation through a mix of cold calls, warm outreach, email campaigns, social selling, and creative prospecting strategies
  • Customize outreach and discovery conversations based on brand pain points, category dynamics, and business goals
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to strategically manage territories, prioritize opportunities, and improve conversion outcomes
  • Leverage Salesforce, reporting tools, and sales engagement platforms to track pipeline health, monitor pacing to goals, and optimize outreach strategy
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, contribute ideas for process improvement, and support broader team initiatives
  • Act as a collaborative partner and trusted resource across the SDR and AE organization by sharing best practices, insights, and learnings
  • Have opportunities to grow into more strategic sales, leadership, enablement, or cross-functional roles within the company

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional working experience
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently lead prospect conversations
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage a large book of prospective accounts
  • Ability to tailor outreach strategies and messaging based on customer pain points and market context
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity around retail, ecommerce, and marketplace dynamics
  • Experience leveraging data, dashboards, and reporting tools to inform outreach strategy and identify opportunities or gaps
  • Motivated, curious, action-oriented, and proactive in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
  • Passionate about Faire’s mission and helping entrepreneurs and brands grow their businesses
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to team growth, mentorship, and process improvement

Nice to Haves

  • 1-2 years+ of retail or customer-facing work experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Looker, or similar sales/reporting platforms
  • Enterprise or strategic account prospecting experience
  • Strong cold calling and objection handling experience
  • Experience working in SaaS, marketplace, ecommerce, or startup environments
  • Retail, merchandising, wholesale, or small business experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help shape a growing sales organization
