About this role
We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven paid search marketer to join Faire’s Growth Marketing team. This role will support day-to-day management of our paid search campaigns for Faire’s international markets, primarily in Europe, by working closely with the Senior Paid Search Manager to grow the channel, adjust campaigns to hit weekly KPIs, and launch localization experiments to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing Google and Microsoft Search Ads campaigns through a metrics-driven lens, has worked in an experimentation-driven environment, and operates with a cultural understanding of how to structure and measure country-level campaigns that resonate in international markets.
What you’ll do
- Oversee international paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft to hit Faire’s ambitious regional and country-level goals for international markets.
- Analyze key paid marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, etc.) at the country and regional level; provide insights to key stakeholders.
- Support country-level performance diagnostics, combining campaign data with broader market, customer, and business context to identify drivers of over/under-performance, develop hypotheses, and recommend where to focus next.
- Manage the international paid experimentation roadmap in order to optimize the program through ad copy testing, landing page optimization, keyword testing, and bid management.
- Partner closely with the International Marketing Team to build a shared understanding of country-level performance, identify market and localization opportunities, and translate those insights into paid experiments.
- Utilize the latest AI tools and LLMs to rapidly test, improve operational efficiency, and create new levers for campaign optimization.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years hands-on experience managing medium- to large-scale paid search and pMAX campaigns on Google, with a focus on optimizing down-funnel metrics (CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with campaign optimization techniques on search and PMAX; understanding of key paid marketing metrics and their impact on performance.
- Experience managing cross-border or international paid search programs, preferably for Europe; fluency in a European language (French, German, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools for optimizing and making bulk campaign changes (Google Ads Editor, Channable, etc.).
- Highly analytical with a structured approach to solving problems; proficient in analyzing large datasets through Excel and/or SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Mode and Tableau).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experience launching experiments in Google Ads.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing processes.
- Experience in a two-sided marketplace or with products aimed at small business owners is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, with the agility and flexibility to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using AI to automate repetitive marketing workflows from campaign QA to performance reporting; loves working with AI, APIs, and automation tools to solve tedious problems.
