About Faire

Faire is a technology wholesale platform built on the belief that the future is local. Independent retailers around the globe collectively represent a multi-hundred-billion-dollar wholesale market that has historically been fragmented and offline. At Faire, we're using the power of tech, data, and machine learning to connect this thriving community of entrepreneurs across the globe. Picture your favourite boutique in town — we help them discover the best products from around the world to sell in their stores. With the right tools and insights, we believe that we can level the playing field so businesses can grow and local communities can thrive. We’re looking for smart, resourceful and passionate people to join us as we power the shop local movement. If you believe in community, come join ours.

About this role

Faire's quality, depth, and breadth of brands is its strongest value to retailers. Our Brand Partnerships team is at the forefront of Faire's success, ensuring that the best and most relevant brands join and thrive on our platform. This is not a role for someone looking to learn the ropes. This is a role for someone who has already mastered them. As a Senior Account Executive (L3), you will be a trusted advisor to Upmarket brands across Central & Northern Europe, helping them unlock wholesale growth on Faire and driving incremental GMV at scale. This role is a blend of strategic thinking and high-velocity sales execution. You will own a complex, high-value portfolio of brands across your geos, proactively identifying and activating the best-fit brands for Faire. You bring a strong commercial mindset — comfortable from C-level to operational stakeholder — and you use AI, data, and sharp instincts to outperform.

You're excited about this opportunity because...

  • You have been top of the leaderboard before and you want to do it in a market that isn't fully built yet — where your territory becomes the foundation others inherit.
  • You are energised by fast-moving, ambiguous environments and see AI as a genuine force multiplier, not a buzzword.
  • You want to sell something that actually matters — levelling the playing field for independent retailers against e-commerce and big-box giants is a mission you can get behind.
  • You want to work alongside a tight-knit team of high performers who share wins loudly, debug losses together, and hold themselves to a standard most sales teams only talk about.
  • You are curious by default — you dig until you understand, and you bring that intellectual rigour to every deal.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and win the right opportunities.
  • Manage a high-value book of business across Central & Northern Europe with the goal of maximising the incremental GMV that new Upmarket brands bring to the Faire platform.
  • Set your own sub-targets, hold yourself accountable, and know exactly what levers to pull when performance is under pressure.
  • Use business data, category insights, AI-powered tooling, and your own market knowledge to build a pipeline that is both high volume and high quality.
  • Support new brands through their first quarter on Faire — ensuring they understand the platform and are set up to receive orders and grow.
  • Lead a best-in-class upmarket sales cycle.
  • Lead every customer interaction with a personalised, insight-led approach — understanding each brand's unique business and shaping Faire's value proposition to their specific problems.
  • Navigate multi-threaded deals with confidence: from C-suite vision conversations to operational onboarding with sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop tailored onboarding plans that balance near-term activation with long-term platform success.
  • Make independent, well-reasoned decisions on when to advance a deal and when to pass — and own the outcome either way.
  • Stay resilient and input-focused when performance is challenging; model the standard for the team.
  • Be the expert on your markets.
  • Be solution-oriented to common objections and geo-specific blockers — size the opportunity, identify what's needed, and act on it with product and leadership.
  • Understand how competitors and industry players operate and articulate Faire's key differentiators with precision.
  • Research trends, industry events, and key account signals across Central & Northern Europe — and bring that intelligence back to sharpen team strategy.
  • Represent Faire across the wholesale industry.
  • Drive Faire's value props and messaging across the full sales surface: outreach, nurture, tradeshows, events, and in-person brand visits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that drive incremental revenue for the platform.
  • Develop content and host webinars to engage leads in your verticals and share onboarding best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing to shape top-of-funnel messaging across paid, web, and nurture channels.

What we're looking for

Must haves:

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota at upmarket level — top 3 in your org, President's Club / All-Stars qualifier.
  • High-velocity pipeline engine: ability to run multiple complex Upmarket deals simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Sharp executive presence — comfortable operating from C-level to operational stakeholder.
  • AI fluency: you use AI tools daily to prospect, prep, and accelerate — not as a talking point but as a genuine lever.
  • Intellectual curiosity — you ask better questions, dig deeper, and find the unlock others miss.
  • Mission alignment: you believe in independent retail and can articulate why Faire matters.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a strong plus.

Nice to haves:

  • DACH market experience or German Speaker.
  • Any other European language skills.
  • Background in wholesale, retail, or brand partnerships.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Clay, or AI sales tooling.
