Fair Deal is a social care organisation based in Glasgow currently recruiting Support Workers to work in the Glasgow South area. As a Support Worker, you will enable individuals to live as independently as possible, providing person‑centred support across all areas of daily life. You will play an active role in helping people achieve their goals, maintain wellbeing, and participate fully in their community.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care
- Supporting with medication management
- Household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
- Assisting with budgeting and financial tasks
- Promoting social inclusion through meaningful activities and opportunities

The Support Worker Role:
- Ability to communicate clearly – verbal and written
- A positive and resilient approach and confident manner
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Ability to develop a positive relationship with the person we support
- Ability to work as part of a team
You will be required to work a variety of shifts including day, evening, sleepover and weekends. Driving Licence Preferable.
Job Type: Part time – 16-30 hours per week. £13.45 per hour
