We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Psychotherapist/Counsellor to join our team. This role involves delivering 50-minute therapy sessions entirely online, supporting a wide variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 50-minute therapy sessions online with clients, delivering high-quality mental health support.
  • Utilise a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Offer flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our clients, including potential evening or weekend sessions.

For counsellors offering couple therapy, a higher rate will be provided. Please mention if you can provide this service.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Psychotherapist or Counsellor.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds within the UK.
  • Comfortable with delivering therapy sessions entirely online.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space for conducting sessions.
  • A professional and empathetic approach to client care.
  • Registration or membership with a recognised UK regulatory body (e.g., UKCP, BACP, NCPS, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
