About the Role
Fairbright Ltd is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Labourer to join our growing construction team.
This is a varied, hands‑on role involving general site labouring, driving, material handling and assisting trades across our construction projects in Bearsden and the surrounding areas.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude and is happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general site labouring duties
- Assisting tradespeople with day-to‑day activities
- Loading, unloading and moving materials safely
- Driving company vehicles for deliveries, collections and transportation of materials
- Assisting with site setup and general maintenance
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to carry out physical work and manual handling safely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to undertake a variety of tasks
- Previous experience working on construction sites
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- CSCS card
- Basic understanding of construction site health and safety
