We are Fair4All Finance, a not‑for‑profit organisation working with financial services providers to improve the financial wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing access to fair, affordable, and appropriate financial products and services.
We are seeking a Programme Manager – Innovation & Development (I&D) to lead high‑impact programmes that improve financial inclusion and shape the future of fair and affordable financial services across the UK. The role will manage programmes from early shaping and design through to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement, working with stakeholders such as credit unions, delivery partners, regulators, government bodies and financial services organisations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead programmes through the full lifecycle, from shaping and procurement through to delivery, governance and evaluation.
- Apply systems‑thinking and insight‑led approaches to refine programmes and improve outcomes.
- Manage programme governance, reporting, risk, delivery partners and procurement activity.
- Support agile and iterative programme development, adapting approaches as new insight emerges.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across financial services, government, civil society and the credit union sector.
- Collaborate and influence effectively to support successful programme delivery and sector‑wide solutions.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive and high‑performing culture while role‑modeling Fair4All Finance’s values.
- Support effective programme budgeting, operational delivery and supplier management.
- Lead and deliver large‑scale or complex programmes.
