We are a fintech start-up aiming to be the one-stop platform for financial education, empowering people to invest sensibly and ethically! Soon, we aim to establish an ESG-minded, ethical brokerage based in the EU. We are currently undergoing rapid expansion, and as such are looking to hire more passionate, open-minded, hard-working people like us with an interest in finance and/or in changing the world for the better!

We are looking for a Business Operator who can help with the work of managing both the inner and outer workings of our business, so it runs as efficiently as possible, and who can help us with our growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate and dynamic, who can provide a long-term commitment to our firm. This candidate will have an understanding of start-up business models and consulting. You must be able to work well independently and within a team. We are primarily student-run and hence have a very relaxed and welcoming environment. In this unpaid internship, you will get a chance to closely interact with other parts of the business, meet regularly with the CEO, gain skills in the process, get the opportunity to take part in the fund-raising process, and learn more about the finance world!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure consistency
  • Help with and support fundraising
  • Understanding in structuring and implementing business strategy initiatives
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning

Qualifications Requirements:

  • MUST have strong commercial awareness and displaying engagement with current affairs
  • MUST have interest in Finance
  • Understanding of start-up business
  • Have an understanding of ESG, TAM, Burn Rate, or basic financial modelling, etc.
  • Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • A growth mindset
  • Willing to engage and get involved with the Fair company culture
  • Ability to commit 7/10 hours (or more) a week
  • Having a sales or consulting background is a bonus!
