Fair Ways is seeking a Learning Support Worker for our SEMH School on the outskirts of Southampton. You will support around 25 young people with complex needs, providing 1:1 or 2:1 learning and aiding an individualised curriculum.
Role involves supporting lessons both on-site and off-site, helping teaching staff, modelling positive behaviour, and working within a collaborative team to adapt activities as needed.
