Fair Ways is seeking an English Teacher for its SEMH School near Southampton.

You will deliver individualised lessons to around 25 students with complex needs, differentiating learning to meet each student’s needs and supporting their education, employment and training goals.

You will assess progress, contribute to IEP/PEP planning, and liaise with colleges and training providers.

Successful candidates will hold a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) and have strong English curriculum
