Fair Ways is seeking a Painting and Decorating Apprentice to join our central maintenance team across the Solent sites.

You will learn by doing, shadow colleagues, and take on interior and exterior decorating tasks while attending college one day per week.

The role runs for 2 years on a fixed-term contract, with regular working hours and potential travel to support our services.

DBS disclosure is required and a right to work in the UK is essential.
