Fair Ways is seeking a residential support worker across our south coast homes. You will help children develop independent life skills within a therapeutic environment, guided by our RiiSE trauma-informed approach.
As part of a rotating 2 on/4 off shift, you will build trusting relationships, advocate for children, support activities, and promote safe, cheerful homes. A full driving licence and DBS check are required, with right to work in the UK.
